"In the beginning, I didn't really know much about training or nutrition, or how important the basics really are.

The fitness industry seemed really confusing. Everyone seemed to be trying to convince me I had a good session because I was exhausted and couldn't walk anymore, or were trying to sell me some products that would apparently do the work for me.

At the time, I was squatting 90kg, benching 100kg, and deadlifting 130kg at 63kg body weight.  After two years of training with Tristan, I was squatting 180kg, benching 140kg and deadlifting 210kg and coming up first in a Scottish Powerlifting Competition."
